空壓機不定時放水，會有什么后果？

有客戶問道：“我的空壓機兩個月沒放水，會有什么影響?”

不放水的話，會導致壓縮空氣中含水量增加，影響氣體品質(zhì)，對后端的用氣設備產(chǎn)生影響;油氣分離效果變差、油氣分離器壓差變大，還會引起機件銹蝕。

If the water is not drained, the water content in the compressed air will increase, the gas quality will be affected, and the gas equipment at the rear end will be affected; the oil-gas separation effect will become worse, the pressure difference of the oil-gas separator will become larger, and the parts will be corroded.

空壓機工作時機頭的的內(nèi)部溫度是非常高的，吸入的自然空氣中的水份，會在空壓機的運行過程時形成水蒸氣。而儲氣罐不僅可以給壓縮空氣提供一個緩沖和儲氣的空間，還可以減壓降溫。當壓縮空氣通過儲氣罐時，高速的氣流撞擊到儲氣罐壁使其產(chǎn)生匯流，在儲氣罐內(nèi)使溫度快速下降，使大量的水蒸氣得到液化，形成冷凝水。如果趕上潮濕的天氣或者冬季，還會形成更多的冷凝水。

The air tank can not only provide a buffer and storage space for compressed air, but also reduce pressure and temperature. When the compressed air passes through the gas tank, the high-speed air stream impacts the gas tank wall to make it converge, which makes the temperature drop rapidly in the gas tank, liquefying a large amount of water vapor and forming condensed water. If we catch up with wet weather or winter, more condensate will form.
