常見的污水處理中,溶解氧值的監(jiān)測一般通過溶解氧儀來獲取。而傳統(tǒng)的往往是人工定時持手動溶解氧檢測儀檢測溶解氧值。這種方式雖然能夠獲取相應(yīng)數(shù)值結(jié)果,但無法根據(jù)檢測結(jié)果,及時參與工藝控制,調(diào)整曝氣。尤其是在溫度、污水量、污水水質(zhì)變化較大的情況下。如季節(jié)變化或晝夜溫差引起的微生物需氧變化,企業(yè)污水排放量、水質(zhì)變化引起的溶解氧變化等等。
