制氮機,是指以空氣為原料,利用物理方法將其中的氧和氮分離而獲得氮氣的設備。根據分類方法的不同,即深冷空分法、分子篩空分法(PSA)和膜空分法,工業(yè)上應用的制氮機,可以分為三種。

制氮機是按變壓吸附技術設計、制造的氮氣設備。制氮機以進口碳分子篩(CMS)為吸附劑,采用常溫下變壓吸附原理(PSA)分離空氣制取高純度的氮氣。通常使用兩吸附塔并聯,由進口PLC控制進口氣動閥自動運行,交替進行加壓吸附和解壓再生,完成氮氧分離,獲得所需高純度的氮氣
The design of nitrogen pressure transformer is based on nitrogen adsorption technology. The nitrogen generator uses imported high-quality carbon molecular sieve (CMS) as adsorbent to separate air and produce high-purity nitrogen by pressure swing adsorption (PSA) at room temperature. Usually, two adsorption towers are connected in parallel, and the inlet pneumatic valve is controlled by the imported PLC to operate automatically. The pressurized adsorption and decompression regeneration are carried out alternately to complete the nitrogen and oxygen separation and obtain the required high-purity nitrogen
空分設備就是以空氣為原料,通過壓縮循環(huán)深度冷凍的方法把空氣變成液態(tài),再經過精餾而從液態(tài)空氣中逐步分離生產出氧氣、氮氣及氬氣等惰性氣體的設備。

空氣中含有大量塵埃,空氣透平壓縮機(簡稱空壓機)在長時間的高速運行中,粉塵會造成機器內部的葉輪,葉片等零部件的磨損、腐蝕和結垢,縮短機器使用壽命,因此必須設置原料空氣過濾器,以空氣中的塵埃。

經空氣透平壓縮機壓縮后的空氣溫度升高80度以上,導致后續(xù)吸附和換熱不能正常進行,通過設置空氣預冷系統(tǒng)可以有效的降低進入空分設備的空氣溫度。
The temperature of the air compressed by the air turbine compressor rises to more than 80 ℃, resulting in the subsequent adsorption and heat exchange can not be carried out normally. The air temperature entering the air separation unit can be effectively reduced by setting the air precooling system.
