在線留言一般來(lái)說(shuō),購(gòu)置一臺(tái)空壓機(jī)投入使用,所需的費(fèi)用包括兩個(gè)部分,一部分是購(gòu)買(mǎi)成本和維護(hù)成本,這個(gè)占總費(fèi)用的20%;另一部分是空壓機(jī)運(yùn)行中的能源消耗,這個(gè)占到了空壓機(jī)使用費(fèi)用的80%,可見(jiàn)空壓機(jī)的耗能十分嚴(yán)重。但是空壓機(jī)為什么耗能這么嚴(yán)重呢?主要有如下幾個(gè)方面原因。
Generally speaking, the cost of purchasing an air compressor to put into use includes two parts, one is the purchase cost and maintenance cost, which accounts for 20% of the total cost; the other is the energy consumption in the operation of the air compressor, which accounts for 80% of the use cost of the air compressor. It can be seen that the energy consumption of the air compressor is very serious. But why does the air compressor consume so much energy? The main reasons are as follows.
1、空壓機(jī)在運(yùn)行時(shí),使用合適的電壓工作,電源電壓不對(duì)稱(chēng)或電壓過(guò)高過(guò)低都會(huì)導(dǎo)致空壓機(jī)能源的大量浪費(fèi)。由于三相四線制低壓供電系統(tǒng)單相負(fù)荷的不平衡,使得電動(dòng)機(jī)的三相電壓不對(duì)稱(chēng),電機(jī)產(chǎn)生負(fù)序轉(zhuǎn)矩,增大電機(jī)的三相電壓不對(duì)稱(chēng),電機(jī)產(chǎn)生負(fù)序轉(zhuǎn)矩,增大電機(jī)運(yùn)行中的損耗。另外電網(wǎng)電壓長(zhǎng)期偏低,使得正常工作的電機(jī)電流偏大,因而損耗增大,三相電壓不對(duì)稱(chēng)度越大,電壓越低,則損耗越大。
1. When the air compressor is running, using the most appropriate voltage to work, asymmetric power supply voltage or too high or too low voltage will lead to a lot of waste of air compressor energy. Due to the unbalanced single-phase load of the three-phase four wire low-voltage power supply system, the three-phase voltage of the motor is asymmetric, and the motor produces negative sequence torque, which increases the three-phase voltage asymmetry of the motor, and the motor produces negative sequence torque, which increases the loss in the operation of the motor. In addition, the long-term low voltage of the power grid makes the current of the normal motor larger, so the loss increases. The greater the three-phase voltage asymmetry, the lower the voltage, the greater the loss.
2、空壓機(jī)維修保養(yǎng)以及管理不善,空壓機(jī)在運(yùn)行了一定周期后,便需要做定期的保養(yǎng)維護(hù),若是配件出現(xiàn)了偏差問(wèn)題,則需要及時(shí)的維修或是更換。如果對(duì)電機(jī)及設(shè)備沒(méi)有按照要求進(jìn)行維修保養(yǎng),任其長(zhǎng)期運(yùn)行,不但會(huì)效率低下,而且會(huì)使得損耗不斷增大。
2. If the motor and equipment are not maintained according to the requirements, it will not only be inefficient, but also increase the loss.
3、空壓機(jī)的電機(jī)負(fù)載率低,可能因?yàn)殡妱?dòng)機(jī)選擇不當(dāng),富裕量過(guò)大或生產(chǎn)工藝變化,使得電動(dòng)機(jī)的實(shí)際工作負(fù)荷遠(yuǎn)小于額定負(fù)荷,大約占裝機(jī)容量30%~40%的電動(dòng)機(jī)在30%~50%的額定負(fù)荷下運(yùn)行,運(yùn)行效率過(guò)低,但是能源消耗卻沒(méi)有減少,導(dǎo)致了大量的能源浪費(fèi)。
3. The motor load rate of air compressor is low, which may be due to improper motor selection, excessive surplus or production process change, so that the actual working load of the motor is far less than the rated load. About 30% ~ 40% of the installed capacity of the motor runs under 30% ~ 50% of the rated load, the operation efficiency is too low, but the energy consumption is not reduced, resulting in a lot of energy waste.
4、已經(jīng)過(guò)時(shí)的老舊電機(jī)仍在使用,這些電機(jī)的制作工藝較為粗糙,但是技術(shù)不如現(xiàn)在,采用的是E級(jí)絕緣,導(dǎo)致體積較大,啟動(dòng)性能差,效率低下,花費(fèi)的能源好工作效率不成正比,也是空壓機(jī)耗能?chē)?yán)重的原因之一。
4. The outdated old motors are still in use. The manufacturing process of these motors is relatively rough, but the technology is not as good as it is now. The E-Class insulation is used, which leads to large volume, poor starting performance, low efficiency, good energy consumption, and the work efficiency is not proportional. It is also one of the reasons for the serious energy consumption of the air compressor.
