制氮機(jī)中碳分子篩裝填需要注意什么，了解制氮機(jī)的都知道，制氮機(jī)的分子篩填裝是很重要的一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)，制氮機(jī)中碳分子篩裝入吸附塔時(shí)具備填裝，否則易粉化并導(dǎo)致失效。

從工藝流程我們可以發(fā)現(xiàn)，當(dāng)壓縮空氣高速?gòu)奈剿撞窟M(jìn)入時(shí)，如果沒(méi)有氣體分布器，制氮機(jī)吸附器中碳分子篩受到氣流的沖擊、摩擦，容易造成碳分子篩的粉化。

另外碳分子篩填入吸附塔內(nèi)是不可能緊密，在使用一段時(shí)間后，碳分子篩之間的空隙在減小，慢慢下沉，如果沒(méi)有碳分子篩良好的壓緊裝置，吸附塔上部就會(huì)出現(xiàn)空間。

當(dāng)壓縮空氣進(jìn)入吸附塔下部時(shí)，碳分子篩就會(huì)在氣流的沖擊作用力下，在短時(shí)間內(nèi)發(fā)生位移，導(dǎo)致碳分子篩互相碰撞、摩擦并與吸附塔壁，這樣就容易使制氮機(jī)中碳分子篩粉化失效。

When the compressed air enters the lower part of the adsorption tower, the carbon molecular sieve will move in a short time under the impact force of the air flow, resulting in the collision and friction between the carbon molecular sieve and the adsorption tower wall, which is easy to make the pulverization failure of the carbon molecular sieve in the nitrogen generator.
